PRODUCTIVITY: Journal of Integrated Business, Management, and Accounting Research is a fully refereed (double-blind peer review) and an open-access online journal for academics, researchers, graduate students, early-career researchers and students, published by Lembaga Intelektual Muda (LIM) Maluku.
