Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how influential training consisting of training objectives, training materials, training methods, participant qualifications, and instructor qualifications on employee productivity at Mercure Jakarta Sabang. This study used quantitative research methods, with an Explanatory Research model. The research sample amounted to 46 respondents who were selected using random sampling techniques. The instrument used to collect the data is a questionnaire with Likert Scale. The data analysis technique uses multiple lnear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that training had a significant effect of 46.8% on employee productivity at Mercure Jakarta Sabang
